At Real Estate Kid, every item is custom made to order. Because of this, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.
Please review all product details, sizing charts, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Reprints for Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a reprint or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a reprint or replacement:

The issue must be related to print quality, manufacturing defects, or damage during production.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos of the issue for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or reprint.
Issues caused by low-quality artwork or files provided for printing are not eligible for replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered because each item is produced specifically for your order.
However, refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as:

An order that cannot be replaced or reprinted

A verified production defect approved by management

An order that is lost in transit and cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after it has been approved:

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.
